Embracing gratitude as a lifestyle We sometimes forget to appreciate what we already have; our minds are fixed on what we should have next. But there's one thing that can change our perspective, soften our hearts, fill us with peace and happiness, and help us see and appreciate the things we already have. That thing is called gratitude.
